6.Warranty, return and inspection terms

Warranty: the seller offers 90 days from delivery against latent defects notified in writing. Transport damage, site faults and consequential loss are excluded. These are the seller's terms and bind the seller, not BARREL.

Return: a return is accepted within 15 days of delivery for a documented nonconformity against this report, with freight for the buyer's account unless agreed otherwise in the purchase order.

Inspection: available by appointment at the seller's yard with three working days' notice. The buyer may appoint its own test agency at its own cost, and the seller will make the item available for a witnessed re-test of the items listed above.
